Down the Road Butchery is owned and operated by Greg Hangac, a lifelong butcher in the Hudson Valley community. Since opening the shop in 2017, it has served hunters, hobby farmers, and families through wild game processing, humane on-site slaughter, USDA co-packing, and custom-cut beef and Berkshire pork sourced from Autumn's Harvest, a regenerative farm in New York's Finger Lakes.
