Schmiede Corporation of Tullahoma, Tennessee is a high-precision contract machine shop machining complex, difficult-to-machine components to tolerances under +/-0.0002 inch in low to medium lot production, plus builds special machines, fixtures and gages, complex aerospace and electromechanical assemblies, and weldments. A Precision Machine Tool Rebuilder since 1978, Schmiede also rebuilds, retrofits and remanufactures machine tools, running six climate-controlled buildings of over 140,000 sq ft, 160+ machine tools and two quality labs.
