Chandler Industries is a precision contract manufacturer founded in 1962, headquartered in Blaine, Minnesota, and part of BTX Precision since January 2025. It runs five US divisions across Minnesota and Wisconsin covering CNC machining, wire and sinker EDM, sheet metal fabrication, tube and duct machining, electronic connectors, complex assembly, metal finishing and Nadcap accredited welding, and sells those combined capabilities as a simplified single supply chain to aerospace, defense, medical, energy, industrial and interconnect customers.

Precision Machining Sheetmetal Inc. was founded in 1978 to meet the demands of the rapidly emerging aerospace and electronics industries in Southern Arizona, and now serves a nationwide aerospace customer base from a 16,000 square foot shop in Tucson. Manufacturing services include precision sheet metal fabrication, a variety of machining capabilities, tooling, and simple to complex assemblies, with specialties in composites, bonding, rubber, foams and cork.

Schmiede Corporation of Tullahoma, Tennessee is a high-precision contract machine shop machining complex, difficult-to-machine components to tolerances under +/-0.0002 inch in low to medium lot production, plus builds special machines, fixtures and gages, complex aerospace and electromechanical assemblies, and weldments. A Precision Machine Tool Rebuilder since 1978, Schmiede also rebuilds, retrofits and remanufactures machine tools, running six climate-controlled buildings of over 140,000 sq ft, 160+ machine tools and two quality labs.
