Kupu Place is a Hawaii microgreen farm founded in 2017 by Mr. Steven Yee and Dr. Anthony Mau. It began cultivating aquaponic lettuce in Nu'uanu Valley on Oahu and expanded into specialty greens using sustainable practices like zero-waste aquaponics. The farm grows nutrient-dense lettuce, petite greens, and edible flowers along the Ko'olau Mountain Range and operates Nu'uanu and Kahalu'u farms on Oahu.
