Ko'olau Distillery is a disabled veteran-owned, Hawai'i-based craft distillery founded in 2018 that hand-bottles spirits using pure artesian water filtered through volcanic rock. Its products include Old Pali Road Whiskey, a sugar-based moonshine called Māhealani, and KaLā Vodka. The distillery offers tours, a tasting room, custom-etched bottles for fundraisers, and online liquor and merchandise sales.
