Full Cellar Farm is a small, organic vegetable farm located on the upper reaches of Johnson Creek, outside of Gresham, Oregon. Started in 2014 at the Headwaters Farm Incubator program, it has stewarded 14 acres near the headwaters of Johnson Creek since 2019. The farm is certified Organic and Salmon Safe by Oregon Tilth and offers a 10-month CSA season from September through June, sells to local schools, and launched the East County Food Hub online marketplace in 2025.
