Adaptations Inc. is a certified organic farm established in 1979 and a regional Food Hub incorporated in 1993 in Kona, Hawaii. Its Food Hub operates Fresh Feast, a community supported agriculture (CSA) program serving 700+ families and connecting 230+ local family farms to CSA and wholesale customers. Owners Maureen and Tane Datta run a seven acre diversified farm in Honaunau, certified organic since the early 1980s, raising cinnamon, vegetables, herbs, edible flowers, micro greens, avocados, citrus and exotic fruit.
