Frog Bench Farms is a small urban farm growing on 1.5 acres in Salt Lake City, Utah, founded by Paula and Joseph Sargetakis and beginning production in 2012. It grows seasonal produce year-round and sells to local restaurants and farmers markets, and also produces shelf-stable secondary products processed onsite in a UDAF-approved kitchen.
