Der Hoffskeller is a family-owned coffee roastery in Cedarburg, Wisconsin, operating from a converted barn on a farm that has been in the family since 1944. It roasts a signature German Norwegian blend of dark and light Colombian Supremo Arabica beans in cast iron using traditional 17th century roasting techniques, and offers free samples of its coffee to visitors.
