Dayspring Dairy is Alabama's first and only sheep dairy, a family farm owned and operated by husband and wife Greg and Ana Kelly in Gallant, Alabama. They make award-winning sheep milk cheeses, sheep milk Dulce de Leche caramels, shortbread cookies, jams and fruit butters, using milk from their own flock of pasture-grazed dairy sheep and locally grown fruit, peppers and herbs.
