Crooked Face Creamery is a Maine-based artisan cheesemaker founded by Amy Rowbottom. The creamery crafts small-batch cheeses and locally-raised meats using whole milk from registered Jersey cows, with no preservatives and locally sourced ingredients. Its Up North Applewood Cold Smoked Ricotta was named the No. 1 Soft Cheese in America by Food & Wine Magazine in March 2026 and received Bronze at the 2025-26 World Cheese Awards. Products are sold online and at a retail shop in Skowhegan, Maine.
