Founded by Jerry and Peggy Jerome in the early 1970s, the business began serving Long Beach Island and expanded to most of Southern and Central New Jersey. It offers customized catering for weddings, corporate events, picnics, BBQ, pig roasts, and special events, with offices and a commercial kitchen in Pemberton.
