Clay Bottom Farm is an urban specialty crop farm on the north edge of Goshen, Indiana, started in 2006 by Rachel Hershberger and Ben Hartman. Food is grown on 1/3 acre of land in production and sold within 2 miles of the farm. The farm also features native wildflower fields and fruit and nut trees, including figs and pomegranates. Ben Hartman trains farmers in the lean system through on-farm training, speaking, consultation, and a Lean Micro Farm Masterclass.
