FarmerJawn is a 128-acre working farm reintroducing farming into the lifestyles of urban people to cultivate physical, social, and environmental health. It builds a model enabling regenerative organic food production by and for underserved communities, described as the largest Black-woman owned regenerative and transitioning to organic produce farm in America. It provides access to fresh chemical-free foods within food deserts through storefronts and offers education through on-farm and in-class school-based programming and adult agri-business training.
