Blackstone Point Oyster Farms has been growing premium Maine oysters on the Damariscotta River estuary since 2016. The crew raises, harvests, and packs oysters by hand, cultivating hearty oysters with a signature bright buttery brine. The farm uses zero pesticides, herbicides, feed, or fresh water, and distributes oysters to restaurants, markets, and raw bars from the east coast to the west.
