Camas Country Mill is a family-owned mill and farm in the Willamette Valley, Oregon, opened in 2011 as the first mill of its kind in the valley in nearly eighty years. It is the natural extension of the Hunton family's third-generation farm, growing conventional, transitional and organic grains, cereals and legumes and stone-milling small batches of artisan flour.
