Cahoon Farms is a family-owned fruit processing company in Wolcott, New York, founded when Donald Cahoon Sr. purchased the original 100-acre farm in 1943. It processes fresh and frozen IQF apples, apple juice, applesauce and juice in single-serve cups, and dried apple products, plus locally picked cherries for frozen cherries and cherry juice concentrate. The company is SQF certified and follows GMP and HACCP procedures.
