It produces year-round vegetables using bio-intensive farming principles on raised beds, with hand-seeded heirloom varieties, non-GMO inputs, and spring-fed irrigation. The farm also raises pasture-raised chicken and eggs and offers CSA shares with delivery in Carbondale or pickup at the farm.
