Albie's Foods bakes small-batch, flavor-packed food that kids love. Founded in 1987 as a carry-out pasty shop in Metropolitan Detroit, it has expanded to a nut-free facility in Gaylord, Michigan, added wholesale options for foodservice and retail distributors, and grown product lines to include EZ Jammer and Tasty Stuffs calzones. Its 30,000 sq. ft. facility is completely nut-free, and the team is 55 members strong. It is SQF Level 2 certified, HACCP certified through the USDA, and FSMA certified with PCQI-trained individuals.
