Precision Honeycomb is a Vista, California fabricator of engineered honeycomb and foam core details for aerospace structures found in rockets, aircraft, drones, satellites, radomes and wind turbine blades. The team cuts complex features and surfaces in core densities from 2-3 lb to 22 lb on five axis machining centers with cutting tools they often design and build themselves. Services cover fabrication, a certified oven for core forming, bonding, potting and stabilization, plus engineering and tool path programming. The shop is AS9100 and ISO 9001 certified, ITAR registered and Nadcap accredited.
