Kelly Manufacturing Company is the manufacturer of RC Allen Instruments for general aviation, based in Wichita, Kansas. Its main factory includes a full-sized machine shop that makes almost all of the parts that go into its instruments, and a Grenola, Kansas facility with a metal die-casting department. Both facilities have an FAA Certified Repair Station for warranty repairs and service on R.C. Allen instruments. Sales to the public are through distributors worldwide.
