KatySweet is a confectioner founded in 1995 by Kay Carlton, who started making Texas-style pecan pralines from a family recipe passed down from her grandmother. The company produces pralines using time-tested methods and delivers products to more than 4,000 retail and wholesale locations across the U.S. In 2016 it added a 24,000 sq. ft. facility to meet production demand.
