Pacific Associates is a minority-owned and women-owned organization founded in 1981 that provides no-cost, comprehensive employment services to job seekers facing systemic barriers in the labor market, including those recently laid off, low income, living with disabilities or chronic health conditions, refugees/immigrants, BIPOC, LGBTQ+, Veterans and Seniors. Through individualized career coaching, skills training, and wraparound services, it helps participants access sustainable living-wage employment.
