Joshua Legler helps state governments with emergency medical services data, ensuring they receive NEMSIS-compliant data from ambulance operators and pass it to the National EMS database. He also analyzes EMS data and shares insights with stakeholders. Previously the EMS data manager for the State of Utah, he oversaw innovations in EMS data systems including web services, data warehousing and business intelligence, Schematron-based data validation, and integration with other healthcare data systems.
