Johnston Test Cell Group was established in 2002 as a successor company to J+J Metalfab Inc. and EMS Enterprises, Inc., founded in 1974 by Edward Johnston and his sons Michael and Stephen. JTC offers complete fabrication and construction of test facility structures and acoustics, plus repair, refurbishment, and maintenance of test facilities, along with consulting, design, and turn-key test facility construction for hush houses, test cells, and noise suppressors.
