Crown Point Health Suites is a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility in Lubbock, Texas, founded in 2011 by the grandchildren of Ida Mae Jewell, who opened a nursing home in Lubbock in 1959. The community uses a small house model with four households—Sapphire, Emerald, Ruby, and Diamond—each with a dedicated team, private kitchen, and hearth. It joined the Foursquare Healthcare family in 2026.
