Inovati develops and provides Kinetic Metallization (KM), a cold spray metal deposition process that uses low-pressure helium or nitrogen and a sonic nozzle to accelerate fine feedstock powders to supersonic speeds, bonding them to substrates without melting. KM is used for coatings, additive manufacturing, and dimensional restoration of components, preserving substrate properties and avoiding oxidation and thermal degradation.
