IMPERATIVE CONCIERGE SERVICES LLC
From the company
Imperative Concierge Services custom-matches business leaders with virtual support specialists for small businesses, nonprofits, and corporations. Founded in September 2015 by Jessica Thomas, the company offers flexible 60-day hour blocks instead of monthly retainers, and provides three levels of support: Custom Hire, Custom Match, and Managed Support. Specialists are matched based on industry context, working style, and functional expertise rather than availability.
