Ideal Instrument Co., Inc. was founded in 1953 as a machine shop fabricating metal parts for Raytheon, MIT Lincoln Labs and General Electric Co. For 65 years it has provided the Department of Defense, major defense contractors and commercial manufacturers with precision machined parts and assemblies. It specializes in machining syntactic foams, dielectric materials and RF loads, and also machines all plastics and metals, offering fiber glassing, bonding and painting of syntactic foam.
