Holsum de Puerto Rico is a Puerto Rican bakery founded in 1958 in Bayamón, with its current plant in Toa Baja since 1971 and distribution centers in Ponce and Aguadilla. It employs more than 800 people and produces over 80 Holsum products, distributing bread, cookies and pastries under the Holsum, Bimbo and Country Hearth brands across the island and exporting throughout the Caribbean. In 1998 it became a wholly Puerto Rican company when president Ramón Calderón acquired it.
