It provides ambulatory, wheelchair, stretcher, handicap, and elderly transportation to doctor's appointments, dialysis, routine checkups, and family visits, plus airport shuttle service and long-distance rides of 150 miles or more. Drivers are smoke, alcohol, and drug-free, and a risk manager conducts random compliance checks. It is not an ambulance service.
