Founded by Patricia and Jay Hersch, who left city life in the 1970s to build a cattle farm in Virginia's Highland Country, the company now supplies schools, feeding programs, food banks, military and government agencies, camps, and retail. Products include sausages, deli slices, deli bites, deli sticks, combos, and cheese bricks, spreads, dips, and wedges.
