HGVenture, LLP ("HGVenture" or "HGV") is a small women and minority-owned consulting firm that builds inclusive, cohesive organizations through workshops, culture assessments, facilitated strategic planning, and leadership coaching. Co-founders Tricia Homer and Jackie Pearce Garrett established HGV after many years of community leadership and organizing, using grassroots community building and intergroup dialogue facilitation to enable open, honest, results-oriented conversations.
