Established in 2001, HexaTech, Inc. is a world leader in the development and commercialization of aluminum nitride (AlN), a wide bandgap semiconductor material. HexaTech has developed a proprietary crystal growth process yielding single crystalline AlN boules used to fabricate AlN substrates and wafers for III-nitride devices. In March 2020, Stanley Electric Co., Ltd. acquired HexaTech, which now operates as a Stanley Electric Group company.
