Founded by Luke Pinkerton, the company launched Helix Steel and Helix® Micro Rebar® in 2003, and its product has been used in over 40,000 construction projects. Helix attained ISO 9001-2015 accreditation and was acquired by FORTA, LLC. in 2024.
