HEARTio is developing investigational AI software designed to estimate the presence and extent of coronary artery disease from a standard 10-second, 12-lead resting ECG. The software is intended as an aid to help providers decide who to refer for diagnostic testing; it is not cleared or approved by the U.S. FDA and is not available for clinical use. The founding team came out of the University of Pittsburgh and the Wharton School, and HEARTio has completed pre-seed and seed rounds.
