Happy Day Restaurants is a family-owned restaurant group in the LC Valley, founded in 1969 when Bruce and Joy Finch opened Lewiston's first Taco Time. The company operates fourteen restaurants across nine concepts in Lewiston, Clarkston, Pullman, and Moscow, serving classic American favorites, sushi, Italian cuisine, pizzas, burgers, and quick-serve brands including Arby's, TacoTime, and A&W. Happy Day Catering has served events since 1991.
