Founded in December 1980 by Jerry and CEO Maria Ostand, it began in their home garage and grew into an exclusive distributor for many well-known products, with a territory covering Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Northern Mexico. The company also designs and builds dedicated stamping tools for simple to complex metal stampings, plus associated tools and fixtures for stamped assemblies.
