Gibson Oncology is a brain cancer drug development company in Miami, FL focused on glioblastoma therapies. It has begun a Phase II trial of LMP744 in glioblastoma, conducted by the NIH, in 40 patients who failed initial drug. LMP744 has c-Myc and Topo 1 activity, crosses the blood-brain barrier, has strong PDX data in GBM, and has FDA Orphan Drug Status. The FDA says the trial may qualify as a registration trial.
