General Plastics Corporation was established in 1950 as one of the first commercial applicators of fluoropolymer coatings in the country. It is a custom job shop specializing in high performance coatings, fluoropolymer coating and engineered coatings, operating a 50,000-sq. ft. plant in Bloomfield, NJ. The company handles both liquid and powder coatings and can process parts as large as 8' x 8' x 25' long weighing up to 25 tons.
