Future Semiconductor Business provides low-cost, large-area, high-quality gallium nitride (GaN) substrates and templates. Its key technologies are Remote Epitaxy and Two-dimensional Layer Transfer (2DLT), developed at MIT, which allow epitaxial growth on graphene and transfer of thin films to a host substrate, enabling infinite reuse of the parent wafer and fast layer release. The company offers 2D-GaN templates, GaN on 2D templates, and free-standing GaN templates for high-performance power and RF devices.
