FULCRUM ASSOCIATES, LLC

From the company

Construction. Managed. Fulcrum Associates is an award-winning construction management firm founded in 1989 during a real estate and banking crisis. At the time, construction work was non-existent, so we focused on providing consulting services for banks with distressed real estate assets. Thanks to that experience, we have a deep understanding of the real costs of buildings and real estate, and as the market steadily rebounded, Fulcrum persevered back to our original goal; to become a major player in the regional construction industry. From our office in Amherst, New Hampshire, we work across a variety of client sectors throughout New England. We are known for our successful project management, which requires team leadership and coordination, diligent project planning, and effective oversight of the delivery process. Award Winning Excellence in Construction Fulcrum Associates is proud.
