FSi is an MEP engineering firm formed in 1985, primarily to provide engineering to Boeing, with which it has a 40-year relationship. The firm provides mechanical, electrical, and fire protection engineering, commissioning, and energy audits, modeling, and upgrades. It has grown to nearly 50 employees in three offices in Seattle, Spokane, and Baltimore, and has participated in more than 120 LEED projects and two certified Living Buildings.
