Frank's Restaurant is a family-owned restaurant started by Frank Dedman Sr. and his wife Carolyn, who opened the Baton Rouge location in May 1964. Three generations of the family own and operate a second location in Prairieville, LA, opened in 2004. The restaurant serves breakfast all day, homemade biscuits, Cajun plate lunches, and dinner at the Prairieville location, and offers catering.
