Franco Baking Company has supplied customers and businesses with freshly baked bread in northern Nevada and Lake Tahoe for more than 50 years. In 2023, MaryBeth and Colin Smith of Roundabout Catering acquired the company to carry on the Gant family's quality line of wholesale breads. As a local, family-owned business, they deliver a wide selection of baked goods for restaurants, grocery chains and other establishments, including signature sourdough bread made in the same location for more than half a century.
