have over 30 years of experience in Minnesota and the surrounding areas “FPI Paving Contractors, Inc. is a privately held Small Business Enterprise (SBE) asphalt company, based in St. Paul, Minnesota. Beginning in 1995 as paving contractor with a background in parking lot design, construction, re-surfacing, re-construction, maintenance, trails, mill/overlay and crack sealing, our desire to fit the expanding needs of our customer base, and broaden our scope of work, has led us into the area of general contracting, while still specializing in asphalt paving. As our company grew, its project portfolio became more extensive. Demolition, bumper installation, striping, concrete work, utility construction/improvements, drainage systems, site grading, retaining walls, rain gardens and tennis courts, have all become common practice, creating endless possibilities for our clients.
