Food Physics was established in 2012 to identify and maximize the potential of new technologies and innovations in the food and beverage industry. It provides Pulsed Electric Field (PEF) systems, working with partner Elea, and is the sole provider of Elea PEF systems to the food, beverage and scientific sectors in North America, United Kingdom and Ireland. Operations run from facilities in Boise, Idaho, USA and Chelmsford, Essex, UK, with pilot hall facilities in America, Britain and Germany.
