FPTI (Fluid Power Training Institute) designs and manufactures turn-key training systems for teaching and learning hydraulics and pneumatics. Founded and led by Rory McLaren, the company produces hydraulic and pneumatic simulators, visual aids, DVDs, textbooks, animations, and cut-away models. Its manufacturing and corporate facility is in Salt Lake City, Utah, and its training systems are used in technical colleges and corporate technical training centers worldwide.
