Floe provides a smart, automated rooftop ice and snow management system. Originally spun out of MIT and Yale, the technology was developed and validated in cold chambers with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and tested at sites across the United States. The system uses sensors, real-time weather data, and proprietary algorithms to predict and detect ice and snow accumulation and automatically dispense a biodegradable deicer. It is trusted by real estate players across the U.S. and Canada.
