Fitch Ranch Artisan Meat Co. is a family-owned and operated company located primarily on the Western Slope of Colorado. It started in 2011 on a small farm and has grown to ranch more than 20,000 acres with several hundred head of Black Angus cattle, and owns and operates a USDA Inspected meat processing plant licensed to process Certified Angus Beef. It is one of only 34 licensed Certified Angus Beef processors in the US.
